After 9/11, many were left to ask, “What does this all mean?” Some had lost loved ones . . . some were putting back together the logic of their lives; and the whole country was licking her wounds. I want to “thank you” Obama. You have awakened the involved citizen within me. You have “scared” me into action. I extend my gratitude to you for making me care enough to become informed about what’s going on and what’s behind your motivations as President of the United States of America. Now, for the first time, I want to really find out and understand what’s going on, and not just sit by “complacently curious”.
